At Advance Machine, we have been monitoring of the Covid-19 outbreak. This is an unprecedented time we’re living in, our focus, like yours is the health and safety of our employees, customers, our families and our community.

In addition to implementing measures to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, we are working diligently to ensure Advance Machine customers are getting the best possible service and delivery during this time. Our teams are available and ready to support you as we navigate through this dynamic situation.

We have taken measures to ensure safety in accordance with Department of Health (DOH), World Health Organization (WHO) and local government guidelines and recommendations. These measures include regular updates and reminders about the dynamic situation, safety protocols and contact tracing. To help ensure employee limit exposure, we shortened operating hours and transitioned to work remotely for several roles within the company.

COVID-19 and Sales

To limit contact and spread of COVID-19:

  • You can also email us, text, chat with us if you have any questions about your order, or about your systems during operating hours.
  • For urgent matters after operating hours, please contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Orders may be placed online and contactless payment options are available.

COVID-19 & Services | Installation | Ocular Visits

The health and well-being of our customers and employees are important to us. We have always taken pride in our service protocols even prior to COVID-19, no more than ever these protocols are even more important. We want to ensure that you are comfortable with having our team visit you home.

However, if your location is under lockdown, we will not be able to provide services until the lockdown is lifted. We have developed an alternative “online appointment” where one of our pump experts can provide detailed consultations remotely, via viber or by phone.

During Service/ Installation / Occular Visits.

  • Prior to your schedule, we have contact tracing protocols, all the locations visited are logged in a system.
  •  Our teams are provided with basic PPEs (masks, hand sanitizers, face shields).
  •  Should you feel more comfortable with additional safety measures, please let us know.
  •  We would also request that you, your team, families that come in contact with our team wear mask at all times. This is to ensure everyone’s safety.

If Someone Is Sick

If anyone in your home is exhibiting cough, fever of flu-like symptoms, or has been in close contact with COVID-19 infected individuals in the last 14 days or has been outside the country or has been to COVID-19 outbreak areas in the last 14 days. We will work with you to reschedule your onsite consolation/ ocular visit or installation. Please coordinate with our team.

Should any of the above apply to any of our scheduled team, we will contact you and reschedule.

Our current operating hours are

8:30AM to 3:00PM (Monday to Friday)

For after operating hours support, please coordinate with us and we will be glad to assist you. For urgent concerns, please email us and we will contact you as soon as possible. We have a remote team monitoring our emails.
